Stan Ragley

PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

As the President & Founder of LRI Finance Inc. Stan oversees the company’s ongoing expansion efforts and is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth, and performance of LRI. Stan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Saint Bonaventure University, and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Jackie Wentzel

VICE PRESIDENT

Since joining LRI in 1998, Jackie’s focus has been the implementation and development of internal credit processes and overall portfolio management, in conjunction with providing equipment financing and services. Jackie’s dedication has led toward a fundamental growth of sales and operations, thriving now into automated services and enhanced portfolio performance. A strong background in account management, as primary liaison of end-user, finance institutions, and vendor associations, positions Jackie as an industry leader.

Logan Harrell

Senior Director of Sales

Logan is responsible for overseeing the development of the sales team as well maintaining vendor relationships and portfolio management. Logan has a Bachelors degree in Sports Management & Marketing from North Carolina State University. Prior to joining LRI, Logan pursued a professional career in golf after playing at the collegiate level for The University of South Carolina & North Carolina State University.

Kelley Waldrop

SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER

Kelley is responsible for overseeing all documentation, funding processes and providing sales and accounting support for LRI. She interacts directly with customers, lenders, and vendors to execute loan processes and ensure all parties are serviced. Prior to joining LRI she worked for the North Carolina State Employees’ Credit Union where she was a Senior Mortgage and Personal Lending Officer for 8 years. She attended North Carolina State University and has over 15 years’ experience in the finance industry.

Madison Ragley

Strategic Marketing Director

Madison is responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy and branding for LRI, focusing on strategic goal setting and operational efficiencies. Madison has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining LRI she worked in P&C Personal Lines insurance as a Manager for a high net worth carrier, and after as an Account Manager at a local insurance agency.

Yolanda Velazquez

Bilingual Sales Liason, Financial Services

With a career in commercial finance since 2017, I bring a well-rounded background that spans insurance, customer service, and credit. My experience has given me a deep understanding of client needs and financial solutions, allowing me to support businesses with a high level of insight and care. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I’m able to connect with a diverse range of clients. Karla Aviles

Bilingual Financial Sales Manager

Karla is responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant processing of loan files while overseeing the pipeline to meet deadlines. She is fluent in English and Spanish, using both in verbal and written communication daily with customers, loan officers, and third-party partners. She started her career in Sales, then transitioned to Finance, working on loan processing, underwriting, and loan modifications. Prior to joining LRI, she worked as a Senior Project Manager at Lyon Financial, as a loan processor and managing customer’s projects.

Hunter May

Inside Sales Support

Hunter supports sales operations at LRI’s Cornelius, NC office, where he also manages customer relationships, vendor coordination, and working capital functions.  He serves as a key liaison for current customers along with ensuring continued vendor performance.  Hunter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Communications from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  Prior to joining LRI, he was a collegiate athlete and worked as a Sales Associate with two leading property management firms in the greater Charlotte area.

Luke Lovett

Equipment Finance Specialist

Luke helps secure best in market finance terms– whether it’s servicing equipment vendors whose customers need financing or working directly with business owners in the market for equipment. He approaches each transaction with a service-oriented mindset and long-term perspective and wants to be the guy they come back to time and again for financing. Luke studied business and finance at USC-Columbia and UNC-Charlotte. Prior to joining LRI, he helped homeowners refinance their mortgages, sold business loan underwriting software, and was a sales manager at a prominent investment firm.

Erin Stephens

Manager, Sales & Credit Expert

Erin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. After graduation she was the Director of a personal training studio in the Cornelius area for 10 years. Prior to joining the LRI team, she served as the Director of Patient Relations for an Oral & Maxillofacial surgery office. Erin is responsible for assisting with the funding process and accounting support to ensure a smooth loan process.

Karen Barnes

Financial Support Specialist

Karen is responsible for supporting the loan funding process and providing essential accounting assistance to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to service excellence make her an asset to both clients and the internal team.

Prior to joining LRI, Karen served as a Senior Executive Assistant for a leading global HVAC company supporting C-suite leadership and played a key role in managing high-level administrative operations, strategic scheduling, and cross-departmental coordination.
